A Skodel rep will support you in setting everything up. Here are the key steps: 1. **Technical setup:** We create your account, upload users and configure things for you. This is usually a discussion with IT, Skodel & your Project Lead. 2. **Introduction:** We provide a ready-to-use comms template to send out to workers along with strategies to drive engagement. 3. **Facilitate check:** Identify start date, we send the check out (usually via email), leave it open for two weeks and then help you drive participation. 4. **Post-check report:** We deliver a risk assessment and action plan (usually 1-4 low cost/high impact actions), and support with comms to workers and the board. 5. **Follow-up review:** Re-run the check and report at least once every 12 months. We will be there with you before, during and after the check.
