Concerns allow users and leaders to report hazards in the workplace. The two concern types are:
1. Check-in related concern - leaders lodge a concern from a check-in via the leader dashboard.
2. Self initiated concern - users lodge a concern via their user app.

Click manage organisation in the left hand sidebar > settings and underneath 'Concerns' select one or both buttons > a 'Concerns' tab will appear in the manage organisation page and you can create templates for the concerns.
