How to Create Goals
This article runs through how to create goals on Skodel's wellbeing planning tool
Go to https://check-in.skodel.com/ and follow the prompts to login to your dashboard (note: you are taken here after you check-in). Click the wellbeing plan tab.
If you have never set a goal before, you will see the screen below asking you which area you would like to work on.
Select an area and type your goal in, add reminders if you wish and then select ‘Add Goal’.
To create additional goals, click the ‘Add Goal’ button in the top right corner of your plan and a modal will appear. Follow the prompts to add your goal.
If you are looking for goal inspiration, check out Skodel’s list of goal suggestions.
