This article explains what a wellbeing plan is, why they're important and how to set one up on Skodel
Skodel's wellbeing planning tool allows everyone to build out their own personalised plan towards better wellbeing. Students and staff can access their plans by going to https://check-in.skodel.com/ and logging in from there. Students will also be taken to their dashboard each time they complete a check-in and can access plans from there, as will staff if your school is using Skodel to check in with staff. From your dashboard, click the wellbeing planner tab.
NOTE: Teachers can also click here on their dashboard to access their wellbeing plans.
Once you are logged in, click 'My wellbeing plan'.
If this is the first time clicking on this tab, you will see the following screen.
When setting up plans, students and staff are first asked which area they would like to improve. They select an area and a modal will appear which prompts them to set a goal. Click the 'Goal suggestions' link for tips on creating goals and a list of goal suggestions to help get started. On this screen reminders can be set for specific time periods and at specific times.
As goals are set, satisfaction level in pursuing these goals can be tracked. Staff and students can select going well, so-so or could be better to track their progress. A record is kept over time to reflect on progress.
Goals can also be marked as complete by clicking the three dots next to the goal and select 'Complete'. This will add a star to the 'My achievement' section.
