Introduction to Wellbeing Plan Data

An overview of how to access wellbeing plan data, what data you receive and how to use it

Data for wellbeing plans can be accessed via the ‘Analysis’ tab from your home dashboard. Sign into Skodel and click 'Analysis' and scroll to the bottom of the page

The metrics you receive visibility on are:

  • How many students are on wellbeing plans
  • Number of active goals
  • Number of times progress has been tracked
  • Number of goals completed
  • Goals by area
  • Goal satisfaction

This information can be shared with the school/parent community via notice boards and e-newsletters. It can be used to guide program planning by identifying the areas students most want to work on in their lives. You can also use this information to suggest goals to students and share goals across the school community to inspire others.

Individual student and group wellbeing plan data

To view individual or group wellbeing plan data, search for the individual or group in the search bar at the top of your dashboard, click the name of the student or group to enter and once entered click the analysis tab as seen above and scroll to the bottom. If you need assistance in setting up groups, click here.

Screen Shot 2021-11-11 at 10.04.00 amIf teachers at your school are also on wellbeing plans, organisation managers can access this data by clicking your initials in the top right corner of the dashboard > manage staff member check-ins > analysis. The analysis works the same as it does for students.
