Skodel Alerts & Notifications for Schools
This article looks at what defines an alert on Skodel and who that alert is sent to.
Skodel currently has the following alerts setup:
- When bullying is selected as a driver
- When discrimination is selected as a driver
- When a student carries out a 'Self Check-In' (this can be turned on and off)
The alerts appear as a notification on your Skodel dashboard and you will also receive an email. The alerts are sent to teachers that have the student in one of their groups. If there is no teacher assigned to the group then the alert is sent to all wellbeing leaders.
To turn these notifications off, click your initials in the top right corner, click 'My Account' and unselect 'Send me alerts on Skodel apps'.
