Teachers Creating Their Own Wellbeing Plans
This article shows teachers how they can create their own wellbeing plans on Skodel
Skodel wellbeing plans allow teaching staff to build out their own personalised plans (just like students can). Teachers can access their plans by going to https://check-in.skodel.com/ and entering their email and password. They can also access it by selecting 'My Wellbeing' from their dashboard.
From the check-in dashboard, select the wellbeing plan tab.
If this is your first time clicking this tab then you will be shown the screen below.
When setting up plans, you are first asked which area you would like to improve (these areas have been picked to help you get started). You select an area and a modal will appear which prompts you to set a goal. Click here to access a list of goal suggestions. On this screen you can also set reminders for specific days or time periods and at specific times.
As you set goals you will be able to track your satisfaction level in pursuing your goals. You can select going well, so-so or could be better to track your progress. A record is kept over time of your progress to reflect on this.
If you mark a goal as complete by selecting the three dots on the right of the goal and selecting 'complete' this goal will be recorded in your 'My Achievements' tab.
