Tracking Goals
This article explains how to track goals on Skodel's wellbeing planning tool
Goals can be tracked by selecting the radio button (unchecked square) next to the goal. Click this and three emojis will appear - ‘Going well’, ‘So-so’ and ‘Could be better’. Select the emoji that best represents how you feel in regards to your effort towards the goal you have set.
When the goal is tracked, the emoji will replace the radio button on the left.
The last five records of tracked goals are captured in the 'My progress' section underneath your plan. For an historical look at all your progress, click the 'My progress' tab on the lefthand sidebar.
We recommend tracking goals once every month.
Note: to mark a goal as complete, click the three dots at the end of the goal row and select 'Complete'.
