Using reactions to respond to individual check-ins
This article outlines how leaders can respond to individual check-ins
Giving everyone a voice that is heard is central to the work we do at Skodel. Our reactions feature is a simple way to ensure people feel heard. To react with an emoji on Skodel, simply hover over the 'react' icon circled in the below image and select the emoji you wish to use. To comment, simply type your comment in the comment box below the 'react' icon and click enter.
Anonymity when responding
As the leader responding to a check-in, your name will be visible. For team members who wish to reply to a comment on an anonymous check-in, your name will not be revealed, so you will remain anonymous. This allows for an honest dialogue to take place.
