Coaching for school students
This article outlines how to access Skodel's personalised and interactive coaching feature
When students complete a check-in, they will be directed to our 'reflection' page (pictured below), which is an opportunity to explore their emotions and the drivers of those emotions further.
Underneath the heading 'Want to talk about it', you will see two tiles 'Managing your mood' and 'Managing your situation'. Students can select which area they'd like coaching support on, for example, 'discussing worried with Andrew'. Clicking that will take students to our interactive coaching, pictured below.
