What is the difference between staff and student check-ins
This article outlines the differences between staff and student check-ins
Differences between student and staff check-ins
Both student and staff check-ins are structurally the same and measure general wellbeing from the lens of whether the individual is reporting a 'positive' or 'negative' feeling.
The differences between the two are the feelings that can be selected in question 1 and the drivers of that feeling in question 2. These are changed to ensure their relevance to the individual, for example, a staff member may be feeling stressed due to 'workplace culture'.
